Take a few quick steps to get settled, get comfortable, and start enjoying the mountains.

Arrive at Basecamp! You made it! Set down your bags, take a breath, and enjoy the mountain view.

Connect to Wi-Fi Connect your devices to the Bigfoot's Basecamp Wi-Fi so you can access the guest guide, mountain conditions, and local recommendations.

Sign in to your own streaming services on the TVs.

Get Comfortable Feel free to adjust the thermostat to a temperature that is comfortable for your group. Please return it to the posted departure setting before checkout.

Settle In and Check the House Take a quick look around and make sure everything is clean, ready, and working as expected. If you notice damage, missing items, or anything that needs immediate attention, please contact us through the messaging system on the booking website or app you used to reserve your stay.

Know Where the Trash Goes Household trash can go in the outdoor barrel located on the side of the house.

Review Parking Make sure all vehicles are parked in the garage or designated driveway spaces and are not blocking neighboring homes or the roadway.

Check the Hot Tub Basics Review the hot tub hours and safety guidance before your first soak, and always replace the cover when you are finished.

Plan Your First Adventure Check current mountain and road conditions before heading out, especially during winter weather. Start with Mountain Conditions or Explore Snoqualmie Pass.

Please Help Us Keep It Ready

Shower before entering whenever possible.
Replace the cover after every use.
Secure the cover clips if practical.
No glass in or around the hot tub.
Keep children supervised at all times.

Before You Leave

A Simple Departure Checklist

Before You Head Out

A quick final sweep helps keep checkout easy and leaves Basecamp ready for the next mountain weekend.

Start the Dishwasher Start the dishwasher before you leave if there are dishes waiting.

Take Out the Trash Place all bagged trash in the outdoor trash bin before heading out.

Reset Moved Furniture Return any furniture to its original spot if your group rearranged things.

Turn Off the Lights Give the house one last pass and switch off lights before you go.

Close Up the Hot Tub Make sure the hot tub cover is fully replaced and secure before checkout.

Lock Doors and Windows Lock all doors and windows so Basecamp is buttoned up behind you.

Sign out of all personal streaming services on the TVs.

Don't Leave Anything Behind Do one final sweep for phones, chargers, glasses, favorite blankets, kids' treasures, and any Bigfoot tracking devices.
